Not word vomit. No no.

Yesterday, I time-blocked out today. I like to plan ahead for the day I want to have, and time blocking in my calendar every hour helps me do that.

Today, I threw up in between two dumpsters, like a rat trying to choke up the poison from the food it just ate.

So yeah, not according to plan.

My time blocks got all screwy. Feels bad, eh?

I'm gonna eat saltines and gatorade, get an erupted wisdom tooth pulled (or two), and generally rest instead of running and lifting and yadayadayada.

Pray I don't throw up again.
