I've never slept in.

Never is probably not true, but the point is, I don't sleep in.

Today I did.

Why don't people do this all the time? I feel so much better.

I'll probably stop talking about sleep on here after today. It probably seems pretty obvious that more sleep=better day to most, but this was not an obvious thing to me until I had metrics screaming at me from my wrist.
